Adventures in
Historical Clothing, Embroidery and Fiber Arts

What this website is... :

This website is a fun place for me to share my interests with friends and family and to network with other artists. Most of the stuff I make is done in the context of the SCA. (For more info on the SCA). I kicked off my website with a "Trunk Sale" where I sold off the bulk of my historical clothing because there's nothing like an empty closet to inspire a seamstress! I am continuing to research 16th century fashion and to develop my skills in embroidery.

If you are curious about what I do, why I do it and who gets dragged along with me, visit "About the Catalyst" where I ramble about that. If you are looking for someone to lead a hands-on tailoring or embroidery workshop, then drop me a line; I love to teach.
